Bring Your Documents
Bring a valid government-issued photo ID (driver's license, passport, or state ID) and your completed Request for Live Scan Service form (BCIA 8016). Your employer or licensing agency typically provides this form.
Fingerprint Rolling
Our trained technician will digitally roll each of your fingerprints using our state-of-the-art LiveScan equipment. The process is clean, quick, and takes only a few minutes.
Electronic Submission
Your fingerprints are electronically transmitted to the California Department of Justice (DOJ), the FBI, and the Child Abuse Central Index (CACI) if applicable — all in real time.
Results Delivered
Background check results are sent directly to your requesting agency. Most results are returned within 3–5 business days. You're done — no waiting around.
